Testing Mod Application Conflicts

Ok i have seen many testing mod application. There is a question How long have you've been playing in-game? it means do /ontime dont tell how long you have been playing minecraft or you have played 1 year plz awnser the questions right and dont apply if you dont reach high enough to apply for example on time
